You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qdf account credentials, including your password and any security codes sent to your registered mobile number. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is considered your responsibility, and qdf cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details. You must notify the qdf support team immediately at the email address listed in the footer if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission. Sharing your account credentials with any other person, or allowing any other individual to use your account for betting or withdrawal activity, is strictly prohibited. qdf reserves the right to freeze or permanently close any account suspected of being operated by an unauthorised party, with or without prior notice, pending investigation. Accounts found to have been involved in fraudulent activity, collusion with other users, or manipulation of platform systems will be terminated without refund of any remaining balance.
All bets placed on the qdf platform are final once confirmed — bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after submission, so please review your selections carefully before confirming any wager. All deposits and withdrawals on qdf are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP), and it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are accurate and belong to accounts registered in your own name.
